Three programs submitted by faculty members from the School of Biological and Chemical Engineering have been approved as general programs by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), according to the latest release of the list of approved programs.

The School, having always attached great importance to the application and submission of programs to NSFC, mobilized and encouraged faculty members to have a try this year. It also offered guidance and help to increase their chances of success. For example, the School invited renowned professors to give lectures to interpret the latest application policies and rules, which hugely improved the quality of programs submitted this year.
