A NingboTech student snatched up the top prize in the recently concluded provincial qualifier for the 2020 National English Competition for College Students (NECCS) after vying with 242 contestants from over 50 colleges and universities, winning himself a ticket to the national finals.

The honor-winning student, from the School of Media and Law, received intense training and tutoring from staff members of the School of International Studies prior to the provincial qualifier in a bid to improve his English competence. His success bears testimony to NingboTech’s efforts to cultivate students with professional skills.
