The signing ceremony for the cooperation agreement between the School of Civil Engineering and Architecture and Ningbo Jiangshan Wanli Real Estate Co., Ltd. was held on January 26, which was attended by WANG Qiujiang, HR Director of Bornwin Holdings, the holding company of Jiangshan Wanli, Miao Changqian, Deputy General Manager of Jiangshan Wanli, Han Jingjing, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Civil Engineering and Architecture, as well as other representatives.

The two sides agreed to carry out long-term and close cooperation in areas like personnel cultivation, internship and scientific service featuring “complementarity, resource sharing, mutual benefit and synergized development”, so that the university, the company and students could all benefit from it.

At the ceremony, MIAO thought highly of NingboTech students, mentioning that their down-to-earth and conscientious work attitude was consistent with the culture and motto of the company while WANG introduced the company’s mature cultivation system for management trainees, which would surely facilitate their future development. HAN, strengthening the importance for students to learn about industrial trends, mentioned the cooperation was conducive to the cultivation of application-oriented talents with both theoretical and practical skills. She also extended invitation to business administrators on behalf of the university so that they could teach students much needed knowledge as mentors.

The two sides also had discussions over cutting-edge fields including smart construction sites and prefabricated buildings.
