Held by the School of International Studies, the seminar to discuss cooperation programs in education with countries along the Belt and Road Initiative was attended by CAI Liang, Deputy Dean of the School, NAN Erli, liaison of NingboTech's cooperation program with Cyprus, Professor Nicolas Ioannides and Myria Thrassou of the University Of NICOSIA (Cyprus), as well as other university officials of NingboTech.

NAN gave a presentation on the progress of “China-Cyprus Cloud-Based Dialogue on and Exploration of the Greek Culture”, a cooperation program in education between Ningbo and countries along the Belt and Road Initiative submitted by NingboTech. Participating experts offered constructive advice on, among others, school curricula and scientific research in light of NingboTech’s edges and features in talent cultivation and disciplines.

The presentation was followed by an online discussion, during which Nicolas Ioannides and Myria Thrassou had an in-depth exchange of views with NingboTech faculty members via video links about sharing online courses, co-hosting academic conferences and setting up summer exchange programs.
