In order to promote university-business strategic collaboration and to establish a new model for talent cultivation, the School of Civil Engineering and Architecture forged cooperation with Ningbo International Investment Consulting Co., Ltd. during the signing ceremony, which was attended by representatives from both parties. According to the agreement, the two parties would work together in the spirit of complementarity, win-win cooperation, resource sharing, and synergized development.

WANG Hongyu, Deputy General Manager of the company, pointed out that virtuous conducts and values were the primary criteria for employees while importance should also be attached to a down-to-earth, diligent and responsible attitude towards work when evaluating an employee. Since every person is unique, employers must tap deep potential of employees in accordance with their aptitude.

The two parties had in-depth discussions about issues like the industrial trends and prospects of BIM (Building Information Modeling).
