The delegation from the School of Foreign Languages, Ningbo University of Technology, visited the School of International Studies, NingboTech, for exchanges and discussions.

WANG Xiaolu, Dean of the School of International Studies, briefed the visitors on the School’s current situation in teaching staff and discipline construction as well as scientific research and introduced two key platforms of Polish Studies Center and Yangming Academy. ZHANG Jingyan, deputy head of the Institute of Applied Linguistics of the School, gave an overview of how the level-based English teaching system was carried out in the university.

The two sides learned a lot from each other through in-depth discussions about topics like level-based English teaching system, blended teaching methods, extended courses and independent learning of English.

The delegates were then shown around the campus by students, during which they were deeply impressed by the profound humanistic atmosphere of the university and confident and excellent students it cultivated.
