The practice base co-established by the School of Information Science and Engineering and Ningbo Joyson Electronic Corp. was initiated during the launching ceremony on April 12th, signaling the start of comprehensive cooperation between the two sides. XIE Wei, HR manager of the company, YING Zhongyuan and FANG Fang, Secretary and Deputy Secretary of the Communist Party Committee of the School, TAO Jili, Deputy Dean of the School, attended the event.
YING commended the company’s achievements in industrial development, business management and corporate culture and hoped that the company could facilitate the School development and student cultivation with its resources and platforms. In return, the School would offer intellectual support as the company grows up.
In the ensuing lecture, XIE, citing his own HR experiences, shared with students his thoughts of how to spend university life, find a satisfactory job, and improve oneself through further education.
The base is another example of the School’s efforts to cultivate professionals and serve regional development by strengthening exchange and cooperation with local businesses and synergizing its own development with the government strategies. The School will keep on offering career guidance to students and facilitating local companies.
