Three experts were invited to give advice on the university's student training plan for the 14th Five-Year Plan period during a meeting organized by Academic Affairs Office on August 26th. LU Guodong, Executive Deputy Dean of Zhejiang University's Robotics Institute, WANG Yong, Director of the Department of Higher Education, Ningbo Education Bureau, and YANG Yaping, head of Zhejiang Wanli University's Educational Administration Department, were invited to offer guidance. Moderated by Vice President LU Dongming, the meeting was also attended by PAN Zaiping, "9211" Distinguished Professor, persons in charge from Student Affairs Office, Research Office, Publicity Office, Human Resources Office and International Affairs Office, as well as Deputy Deans of Business School and the School of Mechatronics and Energy Engineering.

LU Dongming expressed gratitude to the experts who were present to offer advice as the university was formulating its student training plan for the 14th Five-Year Plan period, and stressed their advice should be taken seriously and that details should be faithfully implemented. SHEN Haoyu, head of Academic Affairs Office, briefed the attendees on the university's major achievements during the 13th Five-Year Plan period, and targets, measures and organizational guarantee of its student training strategy for the next five-year period.

Experts present gave illuminating advice on how to further identify the goals and targets of student training, form teaching characteristics, and ensure organizational guarantee.
