More than 2,400 freshmen arrived at NingboTech University between August 27th and 28th. Coming all the way from 15 provinces and municipalities across China, they have officially embarked on their colorful college life.

The registration procedures have been further streamlined this year with a system put in place which combines online registration, orientation and onsite registration.

During the online parents' meeting on the second move-in day, President Yang Deren expressed gratitude to parents who had accompanied their children all the way from their hometown, briefly introduced the university and expected that both the university and the family could share the responsibility for education.

University officials including HU Zhengyu, LI Fengwang, FENG Jianbo, ZHANG Xianmin, LU Dongming, HUANG Guangjie, YANG Canjun, and staff members in charge of student affairs sent warm greetings to freshmen and encouraged them to orient themselves in the new environment and to get fully prepared for the upcoming semester.
