The practice base for industry-education integration between the School of Biological and Chemical Engineering and Zhejiang Langhua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was officially set up during the signing ceremony held on November 5th. Details for its future operation were also discussed.

Leading 39 students, Prof. ZOU Jianwei, head of the School's Institute of Chemical and Pharmaceutical Studies, visited the company's factory in Linhai city, Southeast China's Zhejiang province, where he also exchanged views with General Manager ZHANG Weidong and staff members in charge of the company's production, R&D and HR affairs.

Zhejiang Langhua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., the production base of the joint laboratory co-established by NingboTech University and Ninhua Group Co., Ltd., is the university's long-time partner. The launch of the base, another major step forward in the two-way cooperation, will surely promote the development of majors like Chemical Engineering and Technology, Pharmaceutical Engineering, etc.
