One of the NIT staff, Tang Jingwei was awarded the first prize Excellent P.E. Classroom Teaching 2015, sponsored by Ningbo Education Bureau and Ningbo Collegiate P. E. Association. His soccer lesson won praises form the judges for his excellent lesson plans and multi-media making.

The award aims to boost up the enthusiasm of P.E. teachers in improving their teaching methods and teaching philosophy. It is a stage for P.E. teachers to communicate innovative teaching methods and modern teaching philosophy with each other.
