The 3-day Zhejiang Province Collegiate Mechanics Competition ended on November 22th, 2015 in Ningbo University. The theme of this competition is to make a rocket-assisted glider. The overall process includes designing, making and flying the glider, and Q & A. 37 colleges, 113 teams took part in the competition, including 3 teams from NIT.Differing from the previous ones, an experiment of loading capacity was added to this competition.

The students and teachers from NIT overcame many difficulties and persevered to make the innovation. With the help of Professor Xu Chengguang, Professor.Chen Sijia and Professor Cui Changwei, the three teams finished the model planes and practiced flying these planes in their spare time. They all e excelled in the competition. The team of Feng Yifan, Hong Xincheng and Zhang Yuxaing and the team of Huang Weiwei, Zheng Sanhe and Huang LIin won the second prize, and the team of Guan Xuanhao, Mo Chengxiang and Liu Hongjie won the third prize. Its a success of the collaboration of the teachers and student.
