Anna Romsicka, Vice Consul of the Consulate General of the Republic Poland in Shanghai and his assistant Dr. Magdalena Gimbut paid a visit to NIT and Ningbo Bureau of Education on Feb. 25, 2016. Wang Weiming, Deputy Director of Ningbo Bureau of Education, said that he and Romsicka would provide a vigorous support for the development of the cooperation between NIT and Polish universities.

As the co-sponsor of the project “Education Exchange between Ningbo (China) and Eastern and Central Europe” sponsored by Ningbo Municipal Government in 2014, NIT invited 30 Polish university students to attend the summer school themed “Modern logistics and Chinese culture” last year, which was highly praised by both Ningbo Municipal Government and Polish students. NIT will invite 20 students once again this year, and as an exchange, 15 NIT students will be on a study tour to Adam Mickiewicz University in Poland.
