Days ago, He Shan, Senior Engineer of Ningbo Rail Transit Limited Company, was appointed as an adjunct professor of NIT and the ceremony of appointment was hold in the conference room, SA306. After the ceremony, he was invited to give a lecture on career possibilities as a civil engineer for the majors of Architecture and Civil Engineering, which aroused great interest and heated discussion among the students.
He Shan has worked as a leading engineer and solved many key technical problems in many major projects on building roads, bridges, houses and railways for twenty years. In the year of 2011, he was hired by Ningbo Rail Transit Limited Company and has worked in the construction headquarters of rail transit and taken charge of the daily operation of Monitoring and Managing Centre ever since. Apart from that, he published many high-level academic papers.
