Days ago, President of Red Dot Design Award Asia, Ken Koo sent a letter of congratulations to President of ZJUNIT, Jin Weiliang to express his congratulations on ZJUNIT being ranked 10 in Red Dot Design Ranking 2015: Universities – Asia-Pacific for continuously and progressively, producing cutting edge and forward thinking produce concepts.
“Qianmu rice paper packaging”, mainly designed by Luo Chuxia, a major of Industrial Design, was awarded The Red Dot Design Ranking: Design Concept. Under the guidance of Liu Yihong, a teacher in the School of Media and Design, this is ZJUNITs 8th award in Red Dot design. This project features our Chinese traditional culture, which, attracted the judges attention.
The Red Dot Design Ranking: Design Concept consists of four distinct honoring lists for Companies, Design Studios, Universities – Americas et Europe and Universities – Asia-Pacific. ZJUNIT teams have been honored for their innovation and their pursuance of design excellence through the compilation of their cumulative achievements over the past five years.
