Days ago, Natural Science Foundation Committee of Zhejiang Province declared this years results and there are 18 projects of NIT were on the list. 45 NIT scientific research teams handed in the application forms this year, and thus, 40% of the NIT teams succeeded in the end. It was reported that NIT ranked 18 among the universities and colleges in Zhejiang.
With the improvement of the staffs scientific research abilities, the increasing number of research teams has been devoted themselves to fundamental research, which, in turn, has inspired them to conceive more innovative projects. This, certainly, has laid a solid foundation for national programs in the near future.
