On May 10th, 2015, a team of three NIT students attended the 17th National College English Contest (Zhejiang Division) held at Zhejiang University of Technology. Dong Qiaoling from the School of Foreign Language Studies and Jin Mengjia from the School of Mechanical Engineering respectively won the Grand Prize in Group B and Group C, and Tao Jiahui from the School of Media and Design won the First Prize. This has turned out to be the most outstanding achievements ever since NIT students attended the Contest.

The two advisors, Wang Huan and Zhang Yiling, both from the School of Foreign Languages, devoted themselves to tutoring the participants in written test and oral test in the past several months.
