On June 14, 2015, the commencement ceremony was held at Kezhen Hall, and about 2600 graduates were awarded bachelors degrees. Jin Weiliang, President of NIT, deans of all the eight schools, some teachers, graduates and their parents attended the ceremony.

The special commencement ceremony for the Sino-US students was also held at Kezhan Hall. Professor Phylis Lan Lin, Vice President of University of Indianapolis attended the ceremony. The graduates in the Sino-US Program were awarded two certificates, NITs and UIndys.
