On March 26th, the final round of the 3rd University Counselor Occupation Capacity Contest of Zhejiang Province was held at Hangzhou Dianzi University. NIT school counselor, Ren Kai, was awarded the third prize. The competition was hosted by Zhou Shuhong, head of the Student Affairs Department at Dianzi University.

Starting in January 2014, the contest had progressed in three rounds: an intramural match, quarter-finals, and the finals. Counselor Ren stood out in the quarter-finals in tests on basic knowledge and on themes relating to occupation capacity to qualify for the finals, which consisted of 40 contestants. Counselor Ren performed brilliantly in the personal presentation, heart-to-heart talk, keynote speech, and case analysis to eventually win third prize.
