On the afternoon of June 19th, Dr. Li Tianxing, Dean of the School of Management of Fu Jen Catholic University, Dr. Dai Shenggong, General Manager of Ningbo Actmix Polymer Co. Ltd., and three other leaders led to a delegation to NIT. Huang Guangjie, Deputy-Secretary of the Party Committee of NIT, hosted a reception for the delegates in the VIP room.

Huang warmly welcomed the visiting delegation and spoke briefly of the progress NIT has made in the areas of personnel training, scientific research, and social services. The two parties then discussed a range of issues concerning the development of teachers, educational structure, international exchange programs, and so on.

Zhang Zhonggen, Dean of NITs School of Management and Luo Yunjie, Vice-Dean of the School of Biological and Chemical Engineering, also attended the reception. Afterwards, Doctors Li and Dai exchanged views with the visiting delegation on AACSB certification and on cooperation between universities and private enterprises.
