On the morning of March 5, 2013, Vice-President Li Wenli, of the Tianmu College of Zhejiang Agriculture & Forestry University, led a delegation to NIT. Yang Jiangang, Vice-President of NIT, hosted a reception for the visiting delegates in the VIP room.

Yang warmly welcomed the delegation and reported on NITs progress in the areas of personnel training, scientific research, and other academic programs. Vice-President Li briefly discussed the relevant circumstances surrounding the recent decision to relocate Tianmu College to Zhuji. Participants then exchanged in-depth views on the operation of remote teaching programs.

Attending the reception were leaders and representatives of the School of Education and Student Affairs department, as well as education and student administration superintendents.
