The second training course for college graduates who plan to start their own business was held at NIT from April 9th to 11th. Participating in the course were 43 graduates from different colleges and universities, as well as several high-tech business incubators from Ningbo. The opening ceremony was held on April 9th in room SA501.

Huang Guangjie, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of NIT, and Zhang Wenxi, Deputy Director of the Ningbo Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, attended the ceremony. Yu Zhongyao, Deputy Director of the Ningbo Talents Development Center, presided over the opening ceremony. Mr. Zhang briefly introduced the background and preparatory work of the training course, and explained the requirements for participants. Mr. Huang gave the opening speech in which he outlined important aspects of innovative talents training and entrepreneurship education.

The 3-day training course included practical instruction and methodology, videos, role-play, case studies, project interactions and simulation drilling. The courses keynote lecturer was Wang Jianwei, founder of Wolf Marketing and former sales manager for the Lenovo company. He spoke enthusiastically about the importance of teamwork in marketing activities. To conclude the course, participants launched a college-to-student entrepreneurship forum, inviting several successful entrepreneurs to share their business experience.
