On November 15th, the opening ceremony for a new talent training base to support the development of a modern service industry in Yinzhou district was held at NIT. The training base was set up jointly by NIT, the Yinzhou District Service Industry Joint Session Office, and the Yinzhou District Development and Reform Bureau.

The aim of the training base is to cultivate four types of service industry talents -- elite entrepreneurs, advanced managers, skilled service industry workers, and college students in the Yinzhou district who may seek to enter the service industry after graduation. The base will establish a high-quality service platform for the Yinzhou district and provide a rich reserve of talent and intellectual support for the industry. Following the ceremony, a workshop for modern service industry entrepreneurs was officially opened at NIT.

Shen Quan, Deputy District Chief of the People Government of Yinzhou District , Fei Yingqin, Secretary of the Party Committee at NIT, and Ye Zhengfu, Deputy Director of the General Office, attended the ceremony and delivered opening speeches.
