On November 7th in Cixi, the NIT School of Adult Education and Continuing Education, together with the Cixi Teacher Training School, hosted a 'Good Leadership' training class for primary school principals. The 12-day class was a complete success, adding to the recent success of NIT's cooperative training session held last April.

The goal of this year's training class was to support the efforts of primary school principals to further improve their leadership and management techniques. The class consisted of face-to-face discussions, lectures by subject experts, practical and theoretical simulations, group brainstorming, and other activities. The principals also worked to improve their interpersonal communication skills, teamwork orientation, management and leadership skills, and ability to handle media and public relations issues. The class concluded with enjoyable and educational tours of several well-known schools in Nanjing.
