The first program of the new “Beyond the Voices” English-language video series, entitled “Our Dynamic Canadian Brothers,” has been broadcast on the NIT campus. The video series has been created by NITs voice narration team under supervision of the Department of Publicity, and is jointly produced by the School of Foreign Language Studies and the Ningbo International Culture Center. “Our Dynamic Canadian Brothers” has the distinction of being the first English-language video to be broadcast by a Ningbo university.

The “Beyond the Voices” video project is representative of NITs emphasis on practical teaching and cultural development, as well as its ongoing commitment to educational programs that support the Ningbo community. The projects focus is on the citizens, environment, culture, education, employment, and international trends in our thriving city, all from the perspective of college teachers and students sharing practical experiences gained in the classroom and through extracurricular activities.

In short, the motto of this innovative community-oriented video project can be seen as “Voices of All and Voices for All.” Three programs have been produced so far, and all will be broadcast on NITs outdoor media board.
