On April 23, book lovers from across NIT campus gathered at Open Square to celebrate the Seventeenth World Book Day. This day has been observed annually as a great event for promoting reading around the world. It encourages each student on campus to discover the pleasure of reading and gain a renewed respect for the extraordinary contributions of those who have furthered the social and cultural progress of humanity.
