On October 23rd, Hou Chimei, Deputy Director of NITs Personnel Department and Director of the Retirement Work Office presided over a symposium for retired teachers to celebrate the Double Ninth Festival. Jin Weiliang, Dean of NIT, Gu Yubiao, Minister of Organization Department, and Lu Chaohui, Director of the Personnel Department attended the symposium.
Jin Weiliang, Dean of NIT, expressed his sincere greetings and good wishes to retired cadres and teachers, and reported on recent work. Eleven retired delegates expressed their heartfelt thanks and also put forward their suggestions and opinions on how to improve the lives of retired teachers.
After the symposium, delegates visited Yuyao and had supper together to celebrate the Double Ninth Festival.
