On October 31st, NIT President Jin Weiliang visited the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) in order to explore new possibilities for international cooperation in education.
In his address, President Jin described NIT's educational development programs and specialties in detail. He spoke proudly of the achievements of our students and teachers, and mentioned the "Voice Narration" activity as a worthy example.
Jin expressed his wish to move forward in establishing a program of cooperation between NIT and RMIT. In addition, he sincerely invited RMIT professors to visit NIT to promote mutual efforts to agree on a plan for collaboration that will promote the development of both universities.
Professors from the two universities exchanged ideas on how to enhance student-teacher communication, especially in the academic areas of media studies, management, and civil engineering.
