On November 25th the First Party Congress took place in the Law Teaching Center. Present were 120 party members from all levels of NIT. Different from the National Congress, it was intended to enhance party membership, which would exert great influence in the future development of the college.
During the congress, the achievements of the previous decade were reviewed, and new goals were set for the coming decade. And representatives gave their perspectives on the past and future development of NIT.
All representatives, both students and teachers, considered the congress as a big achievement for future measures and sound proposals.
