From December 10 to December 11, 2016, Cross-border E-commence Talent Training Forum was held at NIT, which was sponsored by E-commerce Teaching Guidance Committee of Ningbo Bureau of Education, the Business School of NIT, and Ningbo Institute of Ecommerce.

On the morning of December 10, Professor Chen Jin, Deputy Director of the Committee, gave a speech entitled “The Tendency of Cross-border E-commence Talents”. Lin Weizhong, Deputy Commissioner of Ningbo Port Office delivered a speech entitled “Construction and Development of Ningbo Cross-border E-commence Comprehensive Experimental Zone”. Professor Lin Chengliang, Executive Vice President of the School of Business delivered a speech on “Integration of Education and Production: A Flexible Cross-border E-commence Talent Training System” was delivered by Professor Lin Chengliang, Executive Vice President of Business School.
The keynote sppeches in the afternoon was chaired by Ju Fanghui, Vice Dean of the School of Business. Professor Ju Chunhua, Zhang Jianlin and Hua Ying (from E-commence Teaching Guidance Committee) introduced the cross-border E-commence talent training program in Zhejiang Gongshang University, Hangzhou Normal University and University of International Business and Economics respectively. In this seminar, the university and enterprise’s experts conducted a heated discussion on the future of professional construction, personnel training, and enterprise growth mode.
The next day, the participants paid a visit to the Ningbo Bonded Area and the first public entrepreneurship space complex called Genesis Ark.
This forum has played a positive role in clarifying the direction of NIT’s e-commence talent training and promoting communication between our institute and e-commence enterprises.
