On the afternoon of March 17, 2017, the lecture on Career and Women’s Growth was held in the Insitutue of Yangming, which was sponsored by NIT Labor Unions and the Ningbo Institute of Females. More than 30 women teachers attended the lecture.

The lecture centered around the role of females in the society and in the family. It also discussed the influences of the newly-implemented Marriage Law on females and the effect of Two Children policy on females. The lecture was warmly welcomed by the women teachers. It was one of the activities for celebrating the International Women’s Day.
