At noon on May 16th, 2017, the closing ceremony of the second stage of the Liberal Arts Class at NIT was held at the Yangming Institute. Xia Wenlai, Deputy Secretary of the NIT Youth League, and Lu Meili, the teacher in charge of this project participated in the activity. Other expressed their interest in Chinese calligraphy and ikebana, and they expected the follow-up lessons. After the exchange, Xia Wenlai issued a certificate of study for each student, and made a concluding speech.

The second stage lasted three months. The students took the courses of Chinese calligraphy, pipa, Hanfu, paper-cut, Ikebana since March 2017. Furthermore, there were 17 students from Thailand also took the courses.
