On May 18, 2017, the Sixth Faculty Football Game of NIT was greeted by its final round. Six teams participated in the competition. After the fierce fighting, the Team of Mechanics and Energy won the championship, the Team of Administration and the Team of Information and Big Data and both won the second place, and the team of Law and Politics won the third place.

This tournament is the first Five-Player football game organized by the NIT Union of Labor, which has aroused much interest among the football fans. Football fans are encouraged to come to the stadium every Wednesday evening, and continue to exercise and promote communication.
